It is widely used in all kinds material film coating, like ceramic films, crystal films, battery material film, and special nano films etc. It is designed with bottom heating, this feature ensures efficient drying the coated material, and the heating temperature can be adjustable.

● Vacuum chuck are available with a built-in vacuum pump or with access to an external vacuum source, enabling the adsorption of substrates without deformation.
